JAMES MOORE JR.

James is a second-generation native to Oakland, California. As a former employee for both the City of Oakland as a service delivery supervisor and the Port of Oakland as a contract compliance officer, he has committed several years to serve the entire City of Oakland.

James knows the importance of listening to the communities concerns and needs while leading the charge for innovative economic development for black-owned businesses. Over the last 25 years, he has consistently led and produced the annual Holiday Christmas and Kwanzaa Gift Show in downtown Oakland.
